BETTER FUTURES START WITH THE PEOPLE BEHIND EDUCATION

What does it take to give every young person the best possible future?

Behind every classroom, opportunity and outcome is a workforce making it possible.

The Education Workforce Foundation is a national platform focused on strengthening the people and organisations behind education.

We connect education, employers, research, business and policymakers around three priorities: workforce sustainability, inclusive workplaces and leadership.

Because investing in the education workforce is ultimately an investment in young people.
